Me and my partner are both virgins and dont have any stds but recently have had sexual contact with penis to vagina and oral sex. a week and a couple days later i noticed i have itchy red bumps on labium minora and around vagina opening and on perineum. OBGYN 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Yes, they could be razor burns.
If they are, they should respond to a few days of aloe vera application and cold ice compression.
However, they have coincided in appearance with the onset of sexual contact.
It is likely that it could be an STD / STI.
Please have a screening for both of you, that would be conclusive.
ALso, they could be allergic reactions.
For example, to latex in condom, or due to excessive friction.
Again, if it is the latter case, they would again respond to topical aloe vera gel .
A formal STD screen will anyday be beneficial.
For the time being, dont handle the lesions.
Dont itch or pop them.
Change undergarments frequently.
Avoid unprotected sex until you have visited a clinic and got the diagnosis confirmed.
All the best.
Take care.
