Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be a bacterial infection, or an allergic reaction to the swab given for the diagnosis of the herpes.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms levocitrizine, cifixime, antiinflamatory.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
