Pressure Behind The Nose With Popping Sound, Severe Headache. What Is The Cause?
I have pressure behind my nose that pops all the time and invariably i will get a headache. this has been going on for almost a year straight. i can sleep fine at night, i do not have sinus pressure when i bend over, i do not vomit from the headache but the headache can really hurt at times. it moves across the front of my forehead at times.again, it always starts with a tight sensation behind my nose and my sinuses pop and then headache

You must see ENT specialist and get done a CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses ,so that if there is any disease in the sinuses can be ruled out.
Mostly for the type of headache you have, it is the frontal sinus which could be involved.
if you find to have disease in sinuses then take medical management and after that if require surgery can be done ,this decision depends on the CT scan report.

Tab. Roxithromycin twice daily
Tab. Mucinac 600 once daily
Tab. Ebastine/Loratidine +Phenylephereine /pseudoephedrine twice daily
Multivitamin
Xylometazoline nose drops 2 drops both nostril 2 times a day for 5 days only
Physiomer normal saline nasal spray 2 puffs both nostril 2 times a day
follow up after 5 days.
