Vomitting blood with a severe headache. Started a few hours after eating at hamburger with tomatoes, lettuce and mayonaise from Wendys.; Just a few chills and claminess in the beginning, but now just a severe headache and occasional throwing up of blood

There are several causes of blood-stained vomitus. Go for upper gastrointestinal endoscopy for diagnosis & management (whether it is peptic ulcer bleed or esophageal variceal bleed or it can be esophageal tear, etc). You need to take appointment from gastroenterologist for endoscopy. And some blood investigations need to be done too. Go for blood complete picture & hepatitis B & C screening. Follow-up with reports.
