Pregnant, Have Blood Reports. Can Any Online Doctor Help?

Hi, I am 34 weeks pregnant and my blood reports show a high ESR , the range is 0-20, (mm/1st hr)), mine is at 40. The WBC is also high and a little low on Hemoglobin. I was not iron deficient in 1st and 2nd trimester, kindly tell what can I do about it?

Hello!
Thanks for your query.
You do not need to worry because pregnancy is accompanied with significant increases of ESR and WBC and often can give false suspicion for infection.
If you are iron deficient you can use iron supplements and foods rich in iron like red meat, egg yolks ,spinach, beans, liver, dried fruits.
