OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Very small fibroid does not cause any symptoms but it can shrink with the help of medicine. In your case bleeding could be due to fibroid, maybe you are having multiple fibroids. What is your size and position of fibroid? (symptoms depend upon the same)

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Richa Agarwal, OBGYN
