hi

Thanks for your query

i can feel your concerns

donot worry.just relax

many women experience pelvic pain and varicose veins during pregnancy

i advise you to take vitamin D and calcium supplements after consulting your doctor

improve your diet

add milk,meat ,vegetables and fruits

i advise to take rest

donot lift weight

cold massage is also helpful

you can also apply some local painkiller like diclofenac sodium on site

take some oral painkiller( paracetamol) as well

usually it settle with time

varicose veins ususually develop due to pressure.

ususually they settle as pregnancy ends

if not settle then there are many treatment options like sclerotherapy

moniter your sugar profile and if needed you can start with insulin after consulting your doctor

wishing you a speedy recovery

Hope i have ansewered your query
i am available for your help
