Persisting Cough With Soreness In Throat, Loss Of Hearing And Pain In The Head. Black Lump On The Left Tonsil. Cause?

I have felt ill on & off for a month now I ve had a cough for 3 months my throats sore my hearing isn t great my head hurts & underneath my arms were very sore the other day & today I ve just noticed a black lump in my left tonsil that doesn t seem to hurt at the moment, my old peircings in my ear have gone swollen & sore im 36 my height is 5 7 & my weight is 10 stone

Hello,
Soreness in throat and pain in head may be due to throat infection or sinusitis.
Frequent warm saline gargle may be helpful.
Avoid intake of cold fluids AS WELL AS spicy foods.
Please do visit an ENT specialist for further check and guidance.
