i was circumsised 6 days ago and am 28 years old. my penis has been completely painless all week just a lot of swelling . i noticed today that there is a lump under the skin the size of a small marble completely painless.its on the top side about 1-2cm away from the cut line.its hard like a small wart .i was wandering what i should do

Thanks for query.as you mention you had circumcision 6 days back the lymphatic veins in your penis have been disrupted, so lymph pools outside in the tissue, causing edema for that you need not worry much. As your body heals, it should go away. If it doesn't go away in another week or so, or it looks like it's getting worse (e.g. bigger, red, painful), then see your doctor . In that case, it could be an abscess or something as a result of an infection, in which case it'd need to be drained and you'd have to take some meds for a bit to fight off the infection before it spreads elsewhere.regards
