Pediatrician 's  Response
hello,
welcome to hcm
thanks for the query
is it associated with feelings of wanting to vomit, or vomiting after the unset of pain, reduced appetite?
if all these features are there then appendicitis to be suspected
other causes may be constipation or pulled muscle due to exercise
you take rest for some days from gym. and if its due to it then it will subside by its own
other causes may be diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease
so if the pain not subsides in a day or two then consult your doctor for proper examination and advice
take care
