Pain Inside Mouth, Throat, Unable To Swallow, White Patches On Upper Palate. Tobacco Eating Stopped. Cure?

i have a very painful condition inside mouth and throat. i cannot eat or swallow anything. Initially, it started from tonsil but now i can see lots of white patches on upper palate. I used to chew lot of tobacco and now i am scared to death that i might have oral cancer. Please reply me now. Thank You. Jay K.C. Kathmandu, Nepal.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
White patches in the mouth and spreading .
May be due to candida infection or fungal infection or due to tobacco .
Consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination is very important .
However I can say one thing, after reading your history of illness, that these symptoms are not an indication of oral cancer .
Get rid of tobacco and take care of mouth.
Clenorush gel may provide some relief.
