Pain Below The Center Of Ribs, Spreads To Right Side After Breathing. Appetite Loss, Tired. What Is It ?

Hi I am a 21 year old female who is having pain below the center of my ribs, about 3 or 4 ribs down. When I breathe in it spreads to my right side, above my appendix. It also hurts in my back exactly where it hurts in the front. I do not have an appetite and I am tired. I do not have a fever or chills, normal bowel movements and no recent injury.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
As you mentioned in your query that there is pain on the right side , since how many days you are having this pain , please mention it .
If pain is within 2-3 days may be consolidation in lung ( right ) as you are complaining of ribs pain .
Loss of appetite may be due to lung involvement .
If pain is 10-15 days old than this pain may be due to involvement of liver so get in blood examination of A S T & A L T ( SGOT SGPT)and serum bilirubin ( direct & indirect ) .
Consult a physician and get his opinion and ultrasound of parts concerned.
