Hello,

History of tiredness, Fatigue and weight gain in the last in year.
If you're living a sedentary lifestyle you're that the risk of gaining weight.
The body tunes itself according to the activity of the person.
If your active your metabolism will increase and if you're otherwise the metabolism shutdown.

But there are some medical cases also which can be attributed to it.
Hypothyroidism is one condition which causes weight gain, fatigue.
Diabetes may also cause a similar picture.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement Dr. Saurabh Gupta's  Response
Hello,

There are different possible causes for the symptoms that you are experiencing. One of the potential causes is hypothyroidism which is a low level of thyroid hormone. It is diagnosed by a examination (there are certain features that are present when a person with hypothyroidism is examined) and by a blood test to assess the level of the thyroid hormone.

In addition to hypothyroidism, electrolyte imbalance (levels checked by blood tests) and excess activity can result in muscle spasms.

In addition to the physical causes of your discomfort, it is possible for physical complaints to be worsened by anxiety or stress.

Hope this helps you.

Regards.
