Hello dear Understand your concern Always use abortion pill under the proper guidance of gynecologist. Normally in successful abortion menstruation will come on regular date if your cycle is regular. Slight delay or earlier may be noted in some case due to stress as it cause hormonal imbalance. But if it is delayed you should check for incomplete abortion or failure of abortion. You should check for urine pregnancy test (7-10 days after), if it is negative suggests no more pregnancy. But better to done Blood HCG or USG by gynecologist 14 days after using pill as it is more accurate.
