Hello,

Get examined by a gynecologist, get per vaginal examination done. Get an ultrasonography of uterus done to detect remains of placenta and to rule out ectopic pregnancy, pregnancy or uterine perforation. If incomplete abortion is the issue, then your treating gynecologist will do further management. You can take Acetaminophen when needed to get rid of headache. Take protein and iron rich food. Take adequate amount of water and fluids. Keep yourself well hydrated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
