Hello, Get examined by a gynecologist, get per vaginal examination done. Get an ultrasonography of uterus done to detect remains of placenta and to rule out ectopic pregnancy, pregnancy or uterine perforation. If incomplete abortion is the issue, then your treating gynecologist will do further management. You can take Acetaminophen when needed to get rid of headache. Take protein and iron rich food.
