Hi, Thanks for using Healthcaremagic, I have gone through available details, if there is no sexual intercourse pregnancy is out of question.
Secretion of milk can occur even without pregnancy called galactorrhea which can be there due to hormone problem like hypothyroidism, high level of prolactin in blood, some drugs if she is taking like birth control pill, antidepressant, and antipsychotic drugs.
You should consult a surgeon to see if it is milk or some other discharge like pus. If it is infection it can be treated with antibiotics and if it is milk work up of blood and hormone assay may be required and a CT scan of head may be helpful.
Hope this helps.
Take care. Good Luck. Dr.Akhilesh Dubey M.D
