Hello ma am. The presentation you are experiencing does sound like you are discharging vaginal clots (meaty in your description). This can be associated with endometrial cancer, but will have to be confirmed. An endometrial biopsy will be most essential before which a transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) should be used to rule out other causes of such a presentation. Also, green tea has found to be helpful in promoting weight loss, but it has also shown to have a few other effects in women by causing a reduction in essential female hormones that can result in various conditions and symptoms in the long run. It is very healthy, but I would advise against consumption of such large quantities. One cup a day can be allowed, not more. Hope this helped. Take care.
