Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports your have degenerative disease of spine

1. There is diffuse bulging of disc at L5-S1 level with protrusion of disc in left Para median position which is compromising Left S1 nerve root and there is moderate narrowing of thecal sac and neural foramen.
2.There is also diffuse disc bulge at L4-5 level with moderate narrowing of thecal sac and neural foramen.

Treatment includes physiotherapy or surgical.
Effectiveness of both modalities are same. So,physiotherpay should be tried first. It causes strengthening of Para spinal muscles and it prevents further changes.
Surgery should be the last option.
There are also medicines available for pain relief.
Get well soon.

Take Care
