Hello,
Thanks for writing your query to us.
Small lump in neck could be lymph node enlargement. It is very difficult to comment exactly what it is without examining you. You should visit your doctor & after confirming that it is lymph node , a biopsy of lymph node may help to confirm the cause. Cancer often has symptoms of fever, significant weight loss, loss of appetite. If you have any of this symptoms kindly consult your doctor.
Wish you good health.
