Lump At The Opening Of Vagina. Had Partial Hysterectomy, Never Pregnant. Could This Be A Cyst ?

I have a lump about the sixe if a small marble at the opening of my vagina. Only discovered it a few days ago. I am 51 and have been with the same partner for 32 years. Had a partial hysterectomy at 22 from an ovarian abccess and have never been pregnant. Have not had a period for about 18mths. last pap smear was clear and general health is good. Lump is not painful but I can feel it slightly when moving around. could this be a cyst. Thankyou for your help.

The cyst could be a developing bartholin cyst which is generally seen on inner side of labia or could be just a sebaceous cyst arising randomly...you can wait snd see..if it is increasing in size or having pain then you need to get examined snd take course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory
