Light Period, Brown Spotting When Wiped, Mild Cramps, Pulling Sensation, Fatigue, Lower Back Pain. Pregnancy Test Negative. Advise?

I came on my period on 19th April which lasted 6 days (this is my usual due date and length of time). On the 4th May I came on again, however, it was different to my usual symptoms. It was much lighter and lasted 4 days. On the 5th day it was just brown spotting when I wiped. I usally get bad cramps for the first two days of my period however this time the cramps were a bit milder but lasted the whole period. I have been having mild cramps every day on and off ever since, usually on the right side with a 'pulling sensation', fatigue and mild lower back pain. I also have had a mild headache (forehead) area since 4th May. I thought I may be pregnant, so did a pregnancy test on 10th May which was negative. As I am not pregnant I would appreciate some advice as this has never happened before and my periods are very regular.

It appears to be the infection, or may be anemia. I to my patients with such infection prescribe antibiotic, and iron substitutes.
