What Causes Lower Back Pain, Lower Pelvic Pain, Lower Abdominal And Late Periods?
I have lower back pain, lower pelvic pain, lower abdominal pain, side pain, headaches, diahrrea, period is about three weeks late, had a uti in late march and got blood work for pregnancy test, which was negative. Any idea what this could possibly be?

I would suggest to get your USG scan of pelvis done for excluding pregnancy (especially exclude tubal pregnancy) or pelvic inflammation / another possibility is pelvic infection. It can be checked by deep vaginal swab. You need to consult a gynecologist for detailed physical examination and needful investigations to find exact cause, followed by specific treatment.
