General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be due to infection or anemia, or may be the harmonal imbalance, I advise you to consult a gynacologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe hematinics, cifixime, and some proteine suppliments to correct the anemia, and infection. Thank you.
