I would like to ask if you have any of the following symptoms: burning while urinating, vaginal discharge, lower abdomen or lower back pain, chills, fever, increased urge to urinate but only small amount of urine being passed, frequent urination, etc. If you do, then this could be a urinary tract infection. If not, then a close examination may reveal swelling or a small lump/bump like presentation which could be cause due to conditions like folliculitis, Bartholin s cyst, etc. Another possibility is a soon approaching period.
