Hi I have been on my period now for the past 4 days I am still really heavy and it has a really bad smell of metal its very strong I have never had this before it it normal

hello,
there may be some infection causing bad smell.If the smell is hard to be tolerable associated with severe cramping, fever, heavy flow with thicker blood clots, you need to see your gynecologist.
heavy bleeding needs detail evaluation . it may be due to fibroid or dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) or any polups ang growths.
consult your gynecologist about it.
