Hi,

A cold flash is a tingling, shivery, cold feeling that can occur rarely in some women along with hot flashes. Both hot flashes and cold flashes usually occurs during hormonal imbalance.

Cold flashes alone can occur in panic attacks. During pregnancy and lactation,a lot of hormonal changes may occur. Hypothyroidism and premature menopause should be ruled out.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
