Hi
Medical abortion is quite safe. If you are not ready for this pregnancy you can have medical abortion. But frequent abortions can cause excessive bleeding and result in anemia in you. Therefore it is not a good idea to have repeated abortions.
If you wish to postpone pregnancy I advise you to consult your doctor and use reliable contraceptives like hormonal contraception or have a intrauterine devise fitted in.
Having repeated medical termination does not affect your future fertility or pregnancy as such. But the anemia as a result of repeated abortion can affect your pregnancy.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
