Irregular Periods, Abdominal And Back Pain. Tests Negative. Could I Be Pregnant ?
My period of every month is not at the same day. Last month is at 11 June (but in May i had period on 9). But this month i haven't got period yet and i also have pain at abdominal belly as if the period is coming and i also have back pain. Moreover, this morning i had a urine test, and i just got negative result.
In year 2011, i had ectopic pregnancy. Please consult me that i will be pregnant or not? when will i have urine test again to get accurate result? and i may have ectopic pregnancy again or not?. I am very stressed this time.

Since you have history of irregular periods ,missed period this time may be due to that.
You can repeat urine test after 4-5 days as in some cases it is false negative due to low HCG level.
For confirmation you should go for ultrasound of pelvis.
Ectopic pregnancy can de diagnosed by U.S.G ,history and HCG level.

the general menstrual cycle is of 28 days.but Normal menstrual cycle can range from 28 to 35 days. If the menstruation does not occur after 35 days it is called delayed periods.so don't worry it is normal.
you are not pregnant.still if you want to be sure,you can get a second pregnancy test done anytime after your period is delayed as the hCG is secreted 6-12 days after ovulation.
Ectopic pregnancy even though not being implanted in the uterus secrets hCG hence,it can be detected with urine pregnancy test.to be sure i would recommend an ultrasound done.the chances of repeat ectopic pregnancy are just 11%
and as you are informed you can chart and closely monitor your pregnancy (if and when you become pregnant)
hence don't worry.
