What Causes Back Pain And Irregular Periods?

I have pains in my back and I had a strange discharge. I don t think it was my period bc there was no cramps and it wasn t enough to fill a pad. It last 5 days the first time, then I noticed a clothing come out not to big ....it stopped two days later... then 4days later I started spotting again. Nausea tired no sore breast. that lasted 3 days . Brown and pink no bright red what is this? Took a test and the first one was REAL faint couldn t tell if it was a shadow or not. Then the second was not pregnant. Idk I m scared

Hi,

Backpains are very commonly associated with periods and there is no worry however I would recommend you to seek a gynecological review to check if there is any vaginal infection and also to get your periods regular with the help of pills. I don't see any sign of pregnancy in your case. Periods can become irregular at any point of time and it may change the pattern and duration also with different symptoms.
