In My Complete Haemogram Test TLC And RBC Count Are High, Kindly Suggest

In my complete haemogram test TLC and RBC count are high. TLC is 14.6 RBC is 5.63 And in differential Leukocyte count , Neutrophils is high and Lyphocytes is low : Neutrophils is 81.6 Lyphocytes is 13.3 Eosinophils is 0.6 what does it indicate...please tell me ....is there any serious problem

Nothing wrong and mostly you might not be having any problems currently.High neutrophil count indicate some sort of infection.you have not mentioned total count of wbc or if it is higher than 10000 than you have some infection.
This is incomplete report ,but as far as this much information is concerned borderline variations are there which can be neglected .

For further clarification you may put up your whole report and also the symptoms if nay because report is always need to be clinically co related to get best judjement.

I think TLC is for WBC...please find bel;ow all the findings
