I am having regular period and i got endrometrosis cyst in right ovary. Is there any chance of tube blockage ?

Endometriotic cyst as such decreases the function of ovary and even if the tube of that side is patent, it is difficult to release egg from that side. Endometriosis and tube blockage are not related and are two different disorders.
