How To Treat Stage 1 Cervical Cancer?

I have just been diagnosed with stage 1 cervical cancer after having a biopsy when having a colcoscopy. What are the chances of my mri ct and chest x rays coming back with further staging?? I've always gone for smears and never had rogue cells before??

Treatment of stage 1 cervical cancer are
Total hysterectomy with or without bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.
Conization.
Modified radical hysterectomy and removal of lymph nodes.
Internal radiation therapy
