Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sore throat, cough, and feverwhich could be due to streptococcus infection or infection of upper respiratory tract. It is due to poor immunity and increased susceptibility of body of getting infected. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to

- Avoid eating spicy and heavy food.

- Maintain hygiene rinsing with antimicrobial mouthwash.

- Take combination of levocetirizine along with amoxicillin for 3-5 days.

- Take milk boiled with a pinch of turmeric taken at bedtime.

Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper diagnosis. You should go for blood and sputum test. Avoid cold carbonated beverages. Do warm saline gargles several times a day.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
