I am a female of 31 years old. I have been experiencing severe hail fall and thinning in frontal area, esp crown and side of the head. My scalp has started seeing and really woriied about the condition. I had consulted the doctor and was suggested to use Trigane and some supplements. But there has been not much difference. Also when stopped using the hair fall started again. please help

Clean shave your scalp, the fungal infection would be the likely cause, now start using the selenium baser shampoo every alternate day, orally try some anti fungal single dose drug, you will get the good result with this, ( you need to use the shampoo on clean shave scalp ) have nice day.
