How To Treat Fatigue,excessive Hunger With Lower Back And Abdominal Pain And Lumps In Lower Abdominal/lymphoid Area?

I'm always tired.I could sleep all day and still be tired. I always feel weak and like I'm going to be sick sometimes eating helps. I'm always hungry. I have lower back and abdominal pain daily. Also have lumps in the lower abdominal/lymphoid area I think. I get this weird rash usually a week before I start my period. That last through my period and about 1-2 weeks after. It starts as a normal reddish spot that itches and then turns into a cluster of what looks like small blisters turning into a scab and leaves scars.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Feeling tired, hungry and weak along with a rash and lymph node enlargement is highly suggestive of infestation with worm(s).
There are some worms which can cause allergic skin reaction or involvement of the skin.
You need to get few investigations for further work up.
Tiredness can be due to low hemoglobin.
Worm infestation causes low hemoglobin level.
Secondly, you need to get stool examination done.
Presence of worm cyst or ova can be detected on stool examination.
If detected, the worms can treated by de-worming.
De-worming drugs are very effective in removing worms from alimentary canal.
