How To Treat Delivery Related Septate Hymen?

I had a septate hymen. I became pregnant with my first child and my OB did not think is was going to be an issue. During delivery my cervix would not dilate to 10 and my daughters heart rate began to drop. The doctor was not there and in a panic the nurse ripped it with her fingers to save the baby and prevent an emergency C-Section. Afterwards and ever since I have very little to know feeling inside my vagina. I can not have an orgasm and have never truly been able to. I am almost 30 and wondering if that could have caused nerve damage. If so is there anything that can be done surgically to regain feeling.

Hi. It is highly unrelated that you are not having an orgasm due to snapping of the septum.
Do check with the Gynecologist to find out if there is another problem.
Are there any other associated symptoms in pelvis area, lower limbs weakness or so.
Is there any problem in wetting if the vagina during intercourse.
A less possible cause can be a slipped disc in lower lumbar region.
