sex with boyfrnd on 1year before, during intercourse my hymen rupture and bleeding happen whole day, but now my marriage , sex with husband and tell me how repeat the hymen rupture and bleeding .

Hymen once ruptured , rarely bleeds again. Also, due to various activities like sports, cycling, use of tampons; hymen can be open and need not necessarily bleed even in virgin girls.
Sometimes, as in your case, as you had one year gap from last intercourse, hymen might bleed or cause pain.
Pain and bleeding of hymen need not be a test for virginity and you need not go for any procedure for the same. There is no surgery to replace the hymen.

I hope you are aware that hymen can rupture without sexual intercourse and you can discuss with your family doctor with out mentioning about the intercourse.
secondly if you are very much particular about repairing it , is possible with hymenoplasty or hymen reconstruction surgery.Discuss with your gynaecologist or plastic surgeon
