How To Treat Constipation?

i had been a bit constipated i went better the next day i had to go again twice the same day than again the third time i strained a little to much my abdomin upper right side feels a little tight feeling i have also been taken probiotic and psyillium husk pill form and vitamin c for the pat two days

* Constipation has multifactorial approach to control , so along with the
molecules you are consuming, take necessary precautions as under in your
routine life for better recovery .
- drink plenty of liquids preferably boiled water, coconut water, lemon juice ,
rice water, green tea , butter milk .
- balanced diet with all ingredients as vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates,
fiber , green leafy vegetables, organic fruits , cereals , pulses , legumes ,
whole grains ,trace elements, anti-oxidants , minerals .
- avoid oily/spicy/non vegetarian stuffs/beverages / cheese/junk
foods/excess ghee / sugars / artificial sweeteners / junk foods .
- avoid smoking / alcohol / any abuse substances if using .
- remain ambulatory , regular walking in fresh air, exercises , YOGA
- avoid prolong fasting / overeating .
- avoid stress / anxiety .
- regular sound sleep of 6-7 hours .
- chew your food thoroughly .
- avoid sleeping for at least 2 hours after meals .
- fix your timings of breakfast, lunch , dinner till possible .
- avoid late night dinners .
- have small amount of food at regular intervals .
- Triphla , Amla , Manuka honey are best ayurvedic herbs helping best .
