Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Both kidneys of your father are moderately hydronephrotic (Hydronephrosis is the swelling of the kidneys when urine flow is obstructed in any of part of the urinary tract).
There are multiple rounded enlarged abdominal lymph nodes with dilated both ureters.
Prostate gland is enlarged with heterogeneous parenchymal echotexture. It measures 7.3 x 6.7 x 5.1 cm(volume 131cc).Urinary bladder is 5mm thick.
Above findings and increased PSA suggest carcinoma prostate with metastasis to abdominal lymph nodes & obstruction of both ureters.
Lumbosacral spine x-ray is advised to see for bony metastasis.
Bowel loops are normal and there is no ascitis.
Get well soon.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
