Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and I understand your concern. I would suggest to consult the infertility specialist and undergo complete testing. Regarding the semen, your partner have low sperm count. Morphology and motility is with in the reference range. For that USG pelvis & scrotum, serum testosterone and semen culture is required. To increase sperm count drugs like clomiphene citrate, Co Q, gonadil F will helpful after complete evaluation.

You can also take folic acid, progesterone pill to increase the chance of the pregnancy. Once sperm count is improved then you should become pregnant. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regualr exercise.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
