Hello I am a 44 year old female that have had a hx of cold sores that happen yearly. However since Thanksgiving I have had 4 outbreaks on different parts of my mouth. I have moved recently and am currently not working. I was wandering what I can do to have them heal quicker and if you have any dietary suggestions?
