GI have depigmentation on the vulva and opening of the vagina with itching and a wart on the outer side of the vulva and depigmentation on the left shoulder blade with itching and a small head on the shoulder blade and a ver y red rash turning purple at times on the exposed area of the chest. I was given a hormone cream to put on all three places but after a tepid bath a generous amount of cold cream relieves the itching and the burning. What must this be?
