General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The widal test may be positive, in many instances, and there might be parallel infection of the typhoid as well.
Plate lets are low means it is strongly suggestive of the dengue fever. Series of platelet count tests done, and it is still dropping down, she may need infusion of the platelets immediately, followed by the treatment for the fever.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
