Hi Ram ,

Welcome to Health Care Magic Forum.

You will be complete bed rest for 2-3 weeks(though you willl be allowed movee the leg sliightly to sidewards) afterwards you will allowed to walk with suppport and then after an x-ray confirmation of healing of fractures you will be allowed to put body weight on left leg gradually.

Totally these entire process takes 3-4 months.

Hi Ram, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
If you don’t happen to develop any complications, you should be able to recover between 3 to 6 Months. You will be required to start walking around using support from 4th day to 1 week after surgery. Kindly don't lose hope and have patience. Just take your Medications regularly and go for regular follow up. You will require follow up X rays to see if the fracture is healing well. See your Orthopedist immediately if you happen to develop pain, swelling, watery discharge, bloody discharge from the wound, fever. Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy veggies and avoid any kind of stress and get adequate rest.

Wish you Good Health and Get well soon, Take Care.
