Hi,

Weakness and joint pains which may aggravate in old age, due to osteoporosis. In cold due to decreasing blood supply, or due to polyarthralgia. You need to do blood tests, SR calcium. Do you have any morning stiffness, if yes then how much time. If yes, then you need some more blood tests regarding arthritis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prasad, Orthopedic Surgeon
