Hit Back Of Head. Feeling Tired, Pressure In Sinus. Should I Consult A Doctor?

Hit the back of my head two nights ago on the corner of table. Very sad and tired yesterday but didn t think much of it, except that I never take naps. Today, I m still very tired, my husband mentioned I am slurring a little bit but it really feels like pressure in my sinuses. No noise in my ears, no large bruise on head. Do I really need to go into the doctor or can I just rest?

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query. I am happy to address your questions, for head injury patients may experience difficulty concentrating, increased mood swings, lethargy or aggression, and altered sleep habits among other symptoms. Medical evaluation is always wise even well after the injury has occured. Will recommend you to kindly get yourself examined by your clinician who may even ask few tests to be conducted to rule out any adverse conditions. Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help. Thanks

Hi Nancy,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
Having a feeling of heaviness and pressure and a slurring even after 2 days is worrisome and you might have suffered an important head injury and may develop complications.
You should consult the doctor and you would get a good advise after physical examination by your physician.
Wish you a great health!
