2 head injuries growing up, one at 10 and one at 16 and then heavy drug usage from 19-25, I have panic attacks and anxiety, not depressed, keep getting misdiagnosed and weird too if I have really hard when standing, my legs give out, if I am sitting, then it feels like my brain as a short in in, like an electric short, I am calm also and learning patience, but the severe anxiety makes it worse, I am on Paxil 10mg higher dosages make the anxiety worse. I was best on Pristiq as it most for serotonin and dopamine I did not like feel like I was on anything, but felt great and calm too but there is no generic and I have no insurance, I have never been asked by doctors or psychiatrists and I don't know why I never thought of the 2 head injuries growing up, one split my head open at 10 running up a slide with tunnel on it and not ducking low enough(concrete tunnel) and then at 16 my head cracked and pushed out the windows on my car, I didn't go through it, and I have extensive upper/mid back tissue damage as well as my left shoulder dislocates and then a hereditary shoulder issue in both as well. Anyways, I digress, can you please give you medical option about the head injuries when I was younger or was it just my younger drug usage or a combination of both or maybe the head injuries contributed to the drug use.

Thank you for any info you can provide, XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

hi my daughter has a lump on her jawline which is causing her pain. i read that if a lump on the chin is associated with a head injury then it could be indicative of bleeding in the brain. she was pushed into a mental coat peg on monday at school and banged her temple. should i be worried?

doctor1 MD

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the lump or swelling over the chin could be secondary to the impact following trauma or it can be because of fractured bone also(since you are giving history of trauma), otherwise the swelling can occur because of tooth infection...

I am 67, 6 foot 4 inches, approx 230 lbs. Numerous symptoms: Upper spinal pain at the base of my skull; Lower spinal pain in the Lumbar region; frequent urination; diarrhea; occasional dizziness and tired a lot. I have a military history involving multiple head injuries, and personal assaults. I have been in three major auto accidents; in one, struck from my left side severely by a vehicle moving very fast. Pronounced dead at scene (Obvious error). March of 08, had tumor (Macro adenoma) removed from my pituitary. The frequent urination is about every one to two and a half hours. The longer part is not unusual for me, but for about four days, I have had frequent diarrhea and intense low back pain as well. I am on several meds, Hydrocodone, Simvastatin, Omeprazole, Levothyroxine, and Doxazosin Mesylate. I drink very very seldom (Alcoholic beverages) and only use the drugs prescribed, aside from occasional aspirin. I am also taking some vitamin supplements.
