Having Fungal Infection On Penis That Is Very Severe And Causes Reddishness And Itching. Using Quadiderm. Treatment?

I am having fungal infection in my penis. i am using Quadiderm for a long time. but if 2 days i dont use it, the infection reappears.
Also i have noticed that if i dont myself after masturbation, if a small amount of sperm is left on the penis the infection reappears and is very severe and causes reddishness and itching all day long.

fungal infection in the private part in the summer is very common.different type of fungal infection takes place.joke itch is one kind of fungal infection that causes itching near the penile region.
the ointment quadiderm are using it contains clotrimazole as anti fungal with setroid and gentamycin as anti -bacterial .generally to eradicate the fungal infection one need to use to medicine for long at lst 14 days inspite of symptom is relieved .specially when u are using only topical antifungal
i will suggest u take systemic medicine like fluconazole 150 mg once in a week x 4 week with application of topical medicine like miconazole (zole) for 14 days.i hope ur problem will be solved if ur itching is of fungal origin.
