Having Bumps In The Back Of My Tongue, Feel Dryness In The Throat, With Smelly Yellow Discharge From Tonsils. Treatment?

Hi,, for years now I've had these bumps on the back of my tongue, and I know that I've had plenty of doctors who have seen them back there and I don't remember any of them saying anything about them and they never have bothered me ever. They are just weird looking and I know not everyone has them because it does look so abnormal. Can you tell me what they might be? Oh and also, one day my throat felt real dry to where I had to take a peek at my tonsils,
Because it kinda felt like there could of been something stuck there that's how dry my throat was anyhow,
I thought I could see something kinda white embedded in my tonsils so I took my finger and pressed up against
One of them,(impressively not gagging), and this disgusting dark yellowish , clustery thing came out along with a few more, more it was really gross and they smell so badly almost like fish eggs and I can't believe they come out of my mouth!!! Can you tell me what they are an is there a way to prevent them from forming?

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
From the details provided,i suspect there may be chance of tonsillitis.
The bumps on tongue may be aphthous ulcers which may be arised due to - poor oral hygiene, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal changes, anxiety and stress.
Take complete course of antibiotics.
Gargle frequently using warm saline or betadine rinse.
Also check whether any impacted wisdom tooth present in your mouth.
The tooth has to be extracted or flap overlying tooth has to be removed.
Take care.
