I have slight white discharge , lower abdominal pain (comes and goes, especially in bed) & frequent urination . I was diagnosed with a right ovarian cyst 1.0 but the left side hurts not really the right. My ob said not to worry about the cyst because it goes away and no need for a follow up. What do u think is wrong? By the way, I have no itchyness nor redness on my vaginal area.
